Terms and Conditions for Oblit.io Effective Date: December 9, 2025 Welcome to Oblit.io (the "Game"), a fast paced, multiplayer online battle game developed by Zyausi (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Game (including through web browsers, mobile apps, or any other platform), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the game. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy. Please read both documents carefully. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted to X (oblitiogame), you can also check the in game settings via the “info” tab, it will show the date of the last time the Terms or privacy policy were updated, if you are concerned about any changes please check the info tab in the settings and re-read the terms and conditions which will also be located in game directly below the date posted (in the info tab). 1. Eligibility and Account Creation Age Requirement You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you know any children who may have sent us personal information please contact us so we can take the proper steps to remove it. Account Creation No Account Required: The Game does not require account creation, sign-ins, logins, or passwords. Gameplay is anonymous except for the username and signature you choose that is only for the global leaderboard, these can in no way be traced or tracked back to the person who entered them by anyone other than the person who entered them and who they tell. Username and Signature: You may enter a custom username and signature for display on the global leaderboard. Both are fully public, visible to all players, and appear on public leaderboards. Future Features: In the future, a password or simple authentication may be required for optional premium features (e.g., purchasing "no ads"). If implemented, you will be responsible for keeping any such credentials secure and notifying us of any unauthorized use. Default Usernames If you do not provide a custom username, we may assign a default one (e.g., "Player123"). You can change it at any time via in-game settings. 2. Description of the Game Oblit.io is a real-time multiplayer game where players shoot each other in an arena, competing to survive. Features include: “Joystick based” movement and shooting. Power ups like boosts and lightning abilities. Chat functionality for social interaction (coming soon). Leaderboards (local and global) for tracking high scores. Bots for solo or low player sessions. Skins and color customizations. The Game is provided "as is" and may include third-party integrations. 3. User Conduct and Content Permitted Use You may use the Game only for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to: Cheat, hack, mod, or use bots/exploits to gain unfair advantages (e.g., aimbots, speed hacks). Disrupt servers, overload networks, or engage in denial-of-service attacks. Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players. Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code. Use the Game to promote illegal activities. User-Generated Content (UGC) Chat messages and usernames are UGC. You retain ownership but you grant us a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to host, display, distribute, edit, or remove any UGC you enter in the Game. We may moderate or remove UGC that violates these Terms or for any reason we feel effects our expected user experience. Offensive Language The Game allows limited use of profanity (e.g., "shit," "fuck," "damn") and edgy humor in chat to enhance mature, competitive play, and user experience. However, hate speech, slurs (targeting race, gender, sexuality, religion, or other protected characteristics), impersonation, or anything that may violate the law in any country is strictly prohibited. We respect users experience, player freedom, and also intelectual property. To govern and protect each one at the same time we must utilize the ability to remove or ban content that we deem isnt fair to anyone else and will act to uphold that if necessary, with that said, some content may be offensive to others as much as its not offensive to some. Not everyone can be pleased. We reserve the right to mute, ban, or report violators to lawful authorities for anything we find any user commits on Oblit.io. 4. Intellectual Property Ownership All Game content (code, graphics, music, trademarks like "Oblit.io") is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal play. DMCA Please report infringements. We comply with applicable laws. 5. Fees and Purchases The core Game is free to play. In app purchases (e.g., ad removal) may be available via app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play). All purchases are final and non refundable except as required by law. Prices may change; we do not store payment info. 6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability No Warranty The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free performance, or compatibility with all devices, we do try our best. Risk of Loss Multiplayer games involve real time interactions; data loss (e.g., from disconnects) may occur. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost data, emotional distress) arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Offensive Content Warning The Game may expose you to mature themes, violence (e.g., "kills" and despawns), and user generated offensive language. Play at your own discretion; parental controls are recommended for minors. 7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account for violations (e.g., cheating, toxicity, or anything illegal). You can stop using the Game anytime. Upon termination, your license ends, and we may delete your data. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state/federal courts of the state which the game was created my the founder. You waive jury trials and class actions. 9. Changes and Severability We may update these Terms; check periodically. If any provision is invalid or contradicts something, the remainder remains enforceable. 10.
